1:1 Nutrition Coaching Sessions

1:1 coaching with Liz will start with an initial consultation that will be slightly longer than follow up sessions. During the initial consultation, you and Liz will have time to take a deep dive into your health history, nutrition goals, and the short and long-term outcomes you wish to accomplish. Following the initial consultation, you and Liz will create a follow-up appointment schedule. Sessions are held via Telehealth video calls that are operated through a secure client portal.

Family Cooking & Coaching Sessions

Family sessions are available for those who would like to get their whole household involved. This type of session is great for spouses or parents who would like to get their family on the same page nutritionally, but need some help coming up with a plan that will satisfy all family members. Sessions will likely incorporate a mix of both coaching and cooking to get everyone hands on and engaged in the lifestyle changes.

Meal Planning

Whether you prefer to prepare simple dishes or turn your kitchen into the Iron Chef stadium, meal planning is a great way to create balanced, delicious, and nutritious dishes! Meal plans ensure you are meeting all your nutritional needs, while cutting back on the time and stress that comes along with the prep. Liz will curate your plans based on your dietary requirements, time parameters, culinary skill level, and taste preferences.

Kids Cooking Classes & Birthday Parties

Getting children into the kitchen provides so much more than just healthy habits! Learning and exploring in the kitchen builds confidence, encourages creativity and individualism, and provides an outlet for learning outside of the classroom.

Liz works with children of all ages and leads classes virtually or in-person, and in 1:1 or group sessions. Classes are one hour in length, where Liz leads students through two recipes that are ready to enjoy by the end of class. Students work hands-on during class and follow Liz step by step with their own equipment and ingredients. Recipes, equipment, and ingredient lists are provided in advance of class time.

Virtual 1:1 or group classes are a great afterschool extracurricular and help to make dinner time much easier as recipes are prepared at home and can be served to the family immediately after! For group classes, arrange a few of your children’s friends from school, camp, or sports teams, pick a weekly date and time that works best for class, and set a class duration such as 4-weeks, 8-weeks, etc. For students with dietary restrictions, ingredient substitutes will be provided to allow full participation.

Corporate Wellness Programs

Offering your employees access to a dietitian can help improve workplace efficiency and job satisfaction. Seasonal group wellness challenges are also a great way to get your employees to feel healthier and happier, to get to know each other in a more personal way, and to encourage team building and camaraderie.

Kitchen & Pantry Makeover

A key component to setting yourself up for success when making new lifestyle changes is to clean up and clean out your kitchen and pantry. Liz will go through your food products and make suggestions on which products to keep, which to ditch, and which to invest in next time you food shop. This process will ensure that you have a healthy meal or snack within reach at any given time during your day.

Grocery Store Tours

During this type of session, Liz will help you learn how to read a nutrition label, make healthier swaps of your go-to items, and navigate your grocery store and brands to pick the best products for your nutrition goals.
